SOLY & MONIQUE RESIDENCE – 1996

The original house was a 1200 Sq, two level building with two bedrooms and a master bedroom with very limited facilities.
The house was extended in the front and on the South side and elevated to two floors resulting in 5700 square feet, two more bedrooms, a large living area and two bathrooms for their grand parents.
The new master bedroom connected to an office via a two section bathroom with two walking closets.
A large study and a working area were added to the two children existing bedrooms.
The kitchen was completely renovated with modern cabinets.
The dining room was enlarged to accommodate guests.
The formal living room was opened to the library.
